Purse Snatching
SYNOPSIS:
September 5, 2001 4:45 PM the Guam police Department received a call of a purse snatching in the front parking lot of Hagatna Payless. The female victim was loading her groceries into her car when a male individual grabbed, which was hanging on her shoulder and ran towards an awaiting White Color Toyota Corolla.
Adding insult to injury, the suspect along with five other individuals laughed at the victim as they fled the parking lot toward Rt. 4
Suspect Description: Male Chamorro Medium Complexioned Early 20's Short and Thin Last seen wearing a white shirt and a dark colored shorts
Accompanied by a female driver and four other male individuals.
