Aggravated Assault

SYNOPSIS:

September 9, 2001, 7:00am the Guam Police Department received a call of an injured person in Mangilao. The 20-year old victim told officers that he was at the park in Liguan Terrace, Dededo around 12:00am when nine male individuals jumped and beat him.

The victim was transported to GMH with two stab wounds in his left leg. He underwent surgery and was placed in CU. Several people were arrested in connection to the disturbance, however the victim did not notify officers about his injuries until several hours later.
