SYNOPSIS:

Sunday, March 17, 2002, 9:30am, a female Japanese tourist was walking in front of the Tumon Sands Plaza when a male riding on a silver colored bicycle approached her from behind and grabbed her purse. The suspect fled in the direction of Dai Ichi Hotel. The Japanese tourist was not injured.

Suspect Described as:
Male
Wearing Dark colored pants and shirt.
