CRIMINAL MISCHIEF AND THEFT OF PROPERTY

SYNOPSIS:

On Monday, April 01, 2002 The Government of Guam Employees Credit Union’s Maite Branch reported the theft of one of its Security cameras which had been attached to the outside of the building. At around 1:36am the video camera was able to film a male who appeared to be using a crowbar to remove the camera. The cost to replace the camera is estimated at around $900.00.
