SYNOPSIS:

On Thursday, April 25, 2002 the Guam Police Department received a call at around 5:20am about a body in the parking lot of the PIA Marine Resort in Upper Tumon. An autopsy was preformed and it was determined the man had been beaten and fell from an elevated location.

The victim is identified as Tom Joseph Castro Jr. 23-years-old of Dededo. Criminal Investigations agents are asking for your help in solving this case.
