SYNOPSIS:

July 19, 2002 (Friday) at around 11:55pm a Japanese tourist reported that while walking in the parking lot of Okura Hotel Tumon, she noticed a white colored pickup truck with two male occupants inside. As she passed them the truck turned around and approached her.

The passenger exited the truck and then grabbed her bags knocking her towards the ground. The suspects got away with $150.00 in U.S. currency as well as 50,000 in Japanese Yen.
