SYNOPSIS:

Between 9:00pm and 9:30am, March 18, 2005, three (3) prisoners escaped from the Department of Corrections, Mangilao.  It was reported that the three prisoners escaped  through a fence at the back of the compound which was under construction.  One of the escapees has been apprehended while the other two remain at large.  The two that  remain at large are identified as:

1. Frank Edward Pangelinan/Male/Cham./39yrs./5’6”/190/Blk. Hair/Brn. Eyes/Attire: Pink DOC Shirt/Black Shorts.

2. Jeffrey John Cruz/Male/Cham./43yrs./5’8”-5’9”/190/Blk. Hair/Brn. Eyes/Attire: Pink DOC Shirt.
