SYNOPSIS:

At about 10:30pm, February 1, 2005 an unknown male individual armed with a handgun robbed  Sky Mart, Rt. 10, Mangilao.   It was reported that the suspect  was allowed to enter the store at closing time, and upon entering, the suspect donned a black  mask  and brandished a black revolver and demanded money from the store owner.  The store owner complied with the suspects demands and gave the suspect the money tray filled with money from the cash register.  After empting the money tray, the suspect demanded for more money and started going through the cabinets and drawers behind the cashiers counter.   After finding nothing, he assaulted the store owner with the gun, striking him on the head and facial area  The suspect then ordered the store owner into the store restroom  and  attempted to leave, however after noticing that the store owner was following him, he returned to the store and again assaulted the store owner.  The suspect then finally fled out the front door, and was seen leaving in a late model white sedan, unknown direction of travel.  The suspect is identified as follows:

Male/Poss. Cham./5’8”-5’10”/160-180 lbs./short black hair/fair comp./Attire: white shirt & Lt. colored pants w/black mask covering head
