SYNOPSIS:
Between the hours of 5pm.,June 25, 2004 & 1pm., June 26, 2004; unknown persons had maliciously damaged about eighteen(18) privately owned vehicles while parked unattended at the following locations: Building “D”, Sunrise Apartments, Harmon; the Harmon Beef Bowl Restaurant, and at the Upper Tumon Burger King.
Most of the damaged vehicles sustained extensive scratch marks while others sustained flat tires and a damaged key-hole. The damages are estimated to be at about 7,200.00.
