At approximately 12:43 a.m., 3/10/04, Officers of the Guam Police Department, initiated a pursuit of a motor vehicle which was being operated by a suspect wanted in connection with a Robbery that occurred at KK Fashions in Mangilao.

The Officers pursued the vehicle through the Yona Village area, Route #4, 10, subsequently crossing Route #8, and entering the Tiyan area.

The pursuit then ended in the Tiyan area, with the suspect vehicle crashing into an official police vehicle.
