SYNOPSIS:

On August 16, 2004 between the hours of 1:05am – 1:25am, a male, possibly of Micronesian descent/ 20’s / 5’-8”/ 200 pounds/ dark complexioned/ wearing a red shirt/blue shorts/ black hat/ & oversized slippers had entered the Ace Game- room, located behind the OKA Payless and began to inquire from the female attendant if she was alone. The suspect then began to pace the interior an exterior of the Game-room, and then re-entered the establishment and re-approached the attendant & shot the attendant at the back of the head while she was on the phone. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.

The victim sustained a through and through wound at the left rear side of the head area and is recovering from her wounds.
