SYNOPSIS:
On August 03, 2004 at about , a female adult and her four year old daughter had just exited a restaurant located in the Industrial Road Complex, when all of a sudden she felt someone tugging on her purse which was secured beneath her left arm. After a brief struggle, the suspect, described as possibly a male Micronesian in his early twenties, about 5’-9”, medium built, wearing a red shirt, black pants and a bandana(color unknown), had made of with the purse described as a black, vinyl purse with a white flower design on one side of the purse.
The purse contained a Guam Drivers License assigned to a Ms. Pilyang Miller, along with a First Hawaiian check book, FirstHawaiian ATM card, a Macy’s debit card, a U.S. Naturalization & Immigration Green Card and an expired U.S. Air Force Dependant I.D. Card.
