CRIME OF THE WEEK (11/21/04 - 11/27/04) GUAM POLICE DEPARTMENT Case #04-23620 / 04-23785

Between the hours of and , November 15, 2004, an unknown individual had broken into a condominium unit at the San Vitores Gardens off Happy Landing Rd. in Tumon.  The suspect gained entry into the residence by prying open the front door and then stealing jewelry and other miscellaneous items valued at over $100,000.00 dollars.  Furthermore, it was reported that the same suspect may be responsible for stealing a vehicle described as a; black convertible 2001 BMW Z3 that has a tan soft top and chrome side louvers, from the same victim who owned the condominium unit.  The vehicle was last seen in the Dededo area being operated by the suspect described as a; dark complected male local of heavy build, 30 to 40 years of age, short and straight black hair with a mole or birth mark on his left cheek.
