CRIME OF THE WEEK (10/31/03 - 11/6/04) GUAM POLICE DEPARTMENT Case #04-22010

On Oct. 28, 2004, at about , a female individual was robbed by an unknown male individual while in the parking lot area of the Tamuning Cost-U-Less.  It was reported that the victim was punched without provocation by the male suspect in the back of the head, and then dragged several feet as the suspect tried to take her purse.   The suspect eventually made away with the victim’s purse and fled on foot towards

Paraiso St.
in Tamuning.  The suspect not only made off with the victim’s purse, but also a significantly large amount of cash.  As a result of the robbery, the victim sustained several injuries and was transported to the hospital for further treatment.

 

The robbery suspect is described as a; male individual possibly of Micronesian decent, between 5’5” and 5’7” in height, approximately 160lbs, and of medium complexion.  The suspect is further described as wearing a black T-shirt with black shorts and also reported to have been wearing a black baseball cap.
