Synopsis:

At about 10:47 p.m., March 25, 2005, a woman was discovered laying lifeless on the roadway at Route 9, Yigo.  It was reported that a witness observed the woman walking along the roadside on the oncoming lane towards Anderson Air Force Base prior to  being discovered laying lifeless.  Guam Highway Patrol Officers, were activated to the scene which was originally classified as a Auto-Pedestrian Traffic Fatality.  Upon further investigations, the case was re-classified as an “Injured Person,” and is now currently being investigated by Guam Police Criminal Investigation Section.  The victim is identified as:

Sakiko Jessy/Chuuk/37 yrs./of Dededo
