SYNOPSIS:

Sometime after , 7/5/05,  unknown people stole a stationary Tackling Training Equipment at the Dededo Rugby Field.  It was reported that the Training Equipment worth thousands of dollars which was located on the west side of the field was somehow stolen by people who had to have had a large truck to load the equipment which is large and weighs about 1100 to 1500 lbs.  The item is described as a:

 

Tackling Training Equipment/ Galvanize Steel/No Wheels, Seats, or Pads/marked “Enforcer”
