SYNOPSIS:

Wednesday, June 20, 2001 the Guam Police Department received a call of a reported body found at the San Nicolas/Quintanilla ranch in Yigo. Located behind the Yigo Payless building. Agents with the Criminal Investigation Section are asking the public for their help in solving this murder.

CRIME OF THE WEEK (06/18/01 to 06/24/01)

SYNOPSIS:

Monday, June 11, 2001, the Guam Police Department received a complaint of a burglary at the National Park Service in Asan. Someone had broken into the National Parks maintenance shop and stole $1,800.00 dollars worth of items.

SYNOPSIS:

Monday, June 04, 2001, it was reported to the Guam Police Department that two Pacific Daily News vending machines were stolen. One was taken frm the Guam Main Facility located in Barrigada and the was taken from the University of Guam. Wednesday, June 06 2001 a third vending machine was stolen from Wendy's Restaurant in Barrigada.

SYNOPSIS:

Thursday, June 07, 2001, the Guam Police Department received a complaint of a bomb threat at the Bank of Hawaii, Tamuning Branch. A bank employee found a note within the establishment that stated the threat. The bank was evacuated and the Guam Fire Department conducted a search and the bank was later declared safe.

SYNOPSIS:

Tuesday May 29, 2001 it was reproted to th eGuam Police Department that a gun was stolen from within a residence on Galayan Drive, Fern Terrace, Dededo. The owner reportedly last saw the gun on New Years 2001, where he stored the gun in an ammo box and placed inside his room.
