CRIME STOPPERS IN GUAM
Crime Stoppers in Guam was formally organized in 1985. The original founders of the organization include former FBI agent Jerry VanLancker, the Rotary Club of Guam, the Rotary Club of Northern Guam, the Rotary Club of Tumon and the local government.
Since the first call on August 26, 1985 , Crime Stoppers Guam has grown successfully to serve Guam 's island community by providing a means of communication for members of the public to provide law enforcement agencies with information on crimes or suspects without having to reveal their identity.
Crime Stoppers Guam is not a police program. It is a partnership between the community, the media and law enforcement.
